Abseiling is not for the faint hearted, but if you dare to give this a go, it will give you a real taste of adventure

Expert tuition is on hand for all you novices, to teach you all the techniques needed to both climb and abseil, whether it’s the side of a rock face or some other obstacle. One thing is for sure it’s hard work going up but you’ll get a real rush of adrenalin when abseiling down.

Provisions are made for all levels; you don’t have to start at ninety feet for your first attempt you can start from as low as six feet!
